someone taught me something about familiarity - its comforts and its disadvantages. little did i realize that i had been stuck in my comfort zone for a long time. i believe we all have.

we have individual utopias and to go beyond that border is totally alien. familiarity brings about security, comfort and eventually, before you know it, you're stuck in a routine, totally clockwork.

not only do our asses have inertia, our minds too.
