it's funny how books can influence lives. i'm not so perplexed by the opposite.
i wouldn't want to live a life in '1984', nor in 'palace of dreams'. i enjoy being a spectator of Austen and Wildean works, where a tea party is the happening place. miserable, are the lives of dostoevsky's '(the) idiot' and 'jane eyre'. well, the latter is a rather slow-moving book - no, i don't want to know the colour of the walls, thank you very much.
so if you want to be the next 'emma' or 'dorian gray', please raise your hand.
