i went to town with a small bag today - wallet, mobile, digicam, tissue, lipbalm and hairpin. the missing thing? a book. so 20mins on the train seemed like 1h as i stared glumly at my reflection in the doors as the train went underground. interesting, what one can observe. of course i did it surreptitiously to avoid those typical "STARE WHAT STARE?"
nic getting her cuticles murdered
one day with nicole ann(i)e tan turned me into a taitai. from the pedicure to the shopping to the EATING. thank god, only for one day. nicole takes pride in being the one to deflower my fingers and toes of their mani/pedi virginity, suggesting we go get them. alas, i feel very ku niang (girlie) now. my toenails are rid of dirt, collected from pe, running, canoeing, swimming, tennis, touch rugby and whatever sport i did.
more dimsum
i seem to be having a dimsum fetish. hopefully it doesn't replace my subway footlong fetish.

me and sulin
bumped into sulin at the taka toilets. yes. the toilets. guys, it's a social thing, i swear.
i don't use (much) make up, so i will never understand the need to "touch up", "powder my nose", plus, will never look "blotchy". jargonjargon. nonetheless, human behaviour is very fascinating, indeed.
i am going to read my "balzac and the little chinese seamstress" by dai sijie. finally. i bought that book during my a's and kept it till now. i am slowly reading my days away and will be finishing my stack of fiction soon.
i am a very sentimental person. anyone that's seen my room will know. i cannot bear to throw away items/clothes/books/files because i like to keep them for memories' sake. which explains why my room is a dump. really. and being paranoid and kiasu (my initials are KS), i actually kept my a math revision notes, thinking i'd need them when i learn c math in jc. hohum. yes. i still have them now..somewhere in my drawers.
