greetings from florence! thomas and i are having much fun walking around, sight-seeing, going trigger happy and being happy campers. there's much to do in this medieval city and the cradle of the renaissance. from visiting churches, to roaming the streets and eating pizza, florence has a really cosy atmosphere. it's easy to get around and most of the italians are pretty friendly.

milan 2 days ago was all right. i went there as a kid, so being there again was like jogging my memory. alas, the façade of the duomo was under reconstruction, so no pics of that. hohum. we're hopefully doing pisa tomorrow. hopefully, because despite the relative effeciency of italy's train system, somehow they seem to like "method in chaos", thus seemingly messy.

more churches, piazzas, palazzi, monuments and musea to see! ciao!

Smile.
