groudhog monday
today was the last global politics class with my egotistical professor. it was also the class that we had to present our final paper, or at least give a rough outline of our research thus far.
what it proceeded to become was a 20min lecture after each person's presentation, repeating the same routine of geopolitics, fragmented society, industrialisation, democracy blahblahblah. so naturally, we all got bored and started doodling. meagan's doodles were the best, i say, but alas, i didn't have my camera with me.
this is page 2 of my 5 page research presentation (excuse the date, this was one of the 5930482 'final paper research outline' drafts he made us do):
that i should go to the Uzbek embassy in Brussels (or at least, write to them) and request for a copy of President Islam Karimov's book. oh, and not to forget to mention that i'm his student.
wah...macham sibui dua pai..

and this is what's written above, midway through his speech, regarding my professor:
to which nicky replied with a drawing that sums it up:the big picture:one of the most constructive criticisms from him on my presentation:that i should go to the Uzbek embassy in Brussels (or at least, write to them) and request for a copy of President Islam Karimov's book. oh, and not to forget to mention that i'm his student.
