thanks to shoobs who updated version -1.0 of my blog layout, it now looks spankin' green instead of its usual orange. i couldn't find any better adjectives. i like it minimalistic.

becauase i rarely talk about this..

i attended an informal session organised for arts students to get feedback about how we feel about our arts degree and employability. due to lack of time, i went for the session for year ones.

my, did i stick out. although i heard my own previous concerns echoed by the freshies, i couldn't help feeling out of place. most opinions expressed were along the lines of "i'm not sure that what i'm doing will.." and other pessimisms. unsure about their units, which one is "more" utilitarian for their future careers. and all eagerbeaver to apply their theory into practical situations. all after one semester. hmm.

luckily, i wasn't the only non-freshie in the group. we (the mere two of us) expressed different and more positive outlooks on the achievement of an arts degree.

i'm mid-way of my degree and i couldn't have enjoyed it better.

essentially, it's all for the love.

plus, it's a nice by-product to be well-read. ha.

Smile.
