we had stunning weather yesterday in amsterdam! a glorgious 16 degrees - i didn't even need my coat much of the time! funny how i (used to) think the same temperature is cold back in perth. heh. my classmates from dutch class decided to have a drink after our lesson..

thereafter, thomas and i headed to westerpark which is a mere 5 mins away from our apartment..
that's me with the water..and all those nests in the trees are of storks, i believe..
dutch mothers, with kids behind/infront of them, groceries on either or both handle bars, more in the fietstassen (bicyble bags attached to the rear) - all while balancing on their bikes..
