again, i say, i miss bali. did hell lota surfing this time round. about 2-3h per session, per day for 3 days. whoot! i can ride bigger waves now. i am very pleased. the swell this time of year is damn big! i surfed at high tide on the 1st day and could only stand up 5 times. ARGH! but all was ok 2nd day onwards. we were all surfing, thus no pics this time. but ah, the memories will suffice. i'm in no hurry to get back, but i know i will one day. one cannot deny the friendliness of the balinese people, nor the even the beauty of mother nature, in terms of the cloudless skies and powerful waves we witnessed. indeed, it was an eye opener. nothing can describe the feeling of riding a wave, until you have done so yourself. whee! as usual, shopping was a blast as i didn't have to worry about not finding my size, unlike petite singapore. well. and food was so good, so cheap, so fucken tasty. i wish i could cook like that. only problem was the dust from the construction going on by the roads. those were a killer. alright. one could say bali is my second home.
