consciousness is one of those essential things we human beings should have and utilise. instead of sitting within our four whitewashed walls of cleanliness, the question of what's beyond our borders (let alone 'out there') should be addressed.

as asia looks west (by west, i really mean america) via media, innovation and modernisation, certain traditional values will be compromised. however, the assimilation of open-ness has yet to be practised. disgustingly, our youth 'look up' to these american idols on tv. is that westernisation? or the birth of an american renaissance?

ignorance could be said to be bliss. but how long till the utopian bubble bursts? spoonfeeding will not cure it.

Smile.
